Refund policy

Most orders are well-liked and we get relatively free returns but all products have 45 day full refund guarantee.  Custom made items (like engraved tags) are also fully refundable if returned.  Air shipping (Fedex 2nd day etc) & international shipping cost & fees like import duties are not usually refundable.

Just return the item by the carrier of your choice (Post Office is usually cheapest) to the address below with a note inside and we will refund you.

Please contact us first if there is anyway we can make it right such as replacing a broken item or making an exchange quicker & easier for you.
