Policy
Most of our items are well-liked as we only get less than
1% of the orders returned, but if you need to, any
items can be returned within 45 days for easy exchange or full
refund less shipping. Custom engraved gold & silver
tags for roses can also be returned for exchange
or refund.
No
return authorization number is required. If return or exchange
(free shipping back to you on exchanges) is needed just send items
with a note inside to the address below within 45 days of purchase.

Basic Shipping is usually Mail 2 - 7 days FREE
2nd Day Air Fedex Mon - Fri delivery $19
Saturday Delivery Fee by Fedex additional $15 - Available
to Most Cities
We ship out orders Mon - Fri. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed by around 1pm eastern will ship same day. Basic shipping orders placed by early morning will usually ship the same day.
Custom engraved gold and silver tags for roses are made right away and do not delay shipment.
We ship from Knoxville, Tennessee. We use mail for most basic shippings which takes usually around 3 days, but occasionally can have an extra delay by the post office so we say it takes "2 - 7 days"
APO/FPO,
Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes
We have free shipping to APO/FPO military addresses by Priority
Mail for any size order as a military discount.
We usually ship to Alaska and Hawaii by Priority Mail which averages
a week delivery time..
We can ship to PO Boxes, choose ground/mail shipping
and we will ship by Priority Mail. 2nd Day Air
(Fedex and UPS) can't deliver to most PO Boxes, so use a street address for air shipping.
International
Orders
All prices are in US dollars. See the current currency conversion

Important Note: International shipments may have customs
duties / import taxes / VAT taxes etc which must be paid by the
recipient at delivery. The amount of the taxes if any
will depend on the destination country and the shipment value.
International shipment times are averages and may vary based on
the mail service, customs delays, etc.

India:
We are not able to ship jewelry or the flowers with precious metals
(gold, silver etc) due to their customs import laws. Items like
crystal roses are fine.
Other Policies
We can ship anonymously such as for a secret admirer, just mention
it on the 'other special instructions' blank of checkout if this
is needed.
Invoices with prices are not included in the packaging, except
on international shipments where that information is needed for
customs duties paperwork.
Payments can be made online with credit card or paypal.
