Return Policy
Most of our items are well-liked as we only get less than 1% of the orders returned, but if you need to, any items can be returned within 45 days for easy exchange or full refund less shipping. Custom engraved gold & silver tags for roses can also be returned for exchange or refund.

No return authorization number is required. If return or exchange (free shipping back to you on exchanges) is needed just send items with a note inside to the address below within 45 days of purchase.

Shipping / Delivery
All shipments are guaranteed against breakage or loss/theft. We will take care of it if there are any problems.

USA shipping options:
UPS Ground or Priority Mail 2 - 5 business days
FREE for orders over $75 or $8 for orders under $75
2nd Day Air Fedex Mon - Fri delivery $19
Next Day Air Fedex Mon - Fri delivery $45
Saturday Delivery Fee by Fedex Air additional $12 - Available to Most Cities

We ship out orders Mon - Fri. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed by 5pm eastern will ship same day. Ground orders placed by 4 pm eastern time will usually ship same day. Postal (international express mail etc.) orders placed by noon eastern will usually ship same day.

Custom engraved gold and silver tags for roses are made right away and do not delay shipment.

We ship from Knoxville, Tennessee. Most of the USA is only 2 or 3 days delivery time by UPS Ground from us (example Chicago, NYC, and all of Florida are only 2 days by Ground). We use Priority Mail when possible to get to locations such as the west coast area in around 3 days. Large and heavy shipments such as giant roses and porcelain roses are shipped UPS Ground which can take 5 business days to the west coast area.

APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes
We have free shipping to APO/FPO military addresses by Priority Mail for any size order as a military discount.

We usually ship to Alaska and Hawaii by Priority Mail which averages a week delivery time for $8 or FREE if order is over $75. Choose ground shipping for that option. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available to Alaska and Hawaii but may be more expensive than our usual $19 and $45 fees. We will contact you for approval if so, or contact us for an estimate if needed.

We do ship to PO Boxes, choose ground/mail shipping and we will ship by Priority Mail. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air (Fedex and UPS) can't deliver to PO Boxes, except for some college campus PO boxes.

International Orders
All prices are in US dollars. See the current currency conversion rates at www.XE.com
Payments can be made by Visa, MC, American Express, or Discover credit cards online or mail an international money order in US dollars (can get at most banks or post offices)
Important Note: International shipments may have customs duties / import taxes / VAT taxes etc which must be paid by the recipient at delivery. The amount of the taxes if any will depend on the destination country and the shipment value. International shipment times are averages and may vary based on the mail service, customs delays, etc.

India: We are not able to ship jewelry or the flowers with precious metals (gold, silver etc) due to their customs import laws. Items like crystal roses are fine.

Other Policies
We can ship anonymously such as for a secret admirer, just mention it on the 'other special instructions' blank of checkout if this is needed.

Invoices with prices are not included in the packaging, except on international shipments where that information is needed for customs duties paperwork.

Payments can be made online with credit card, paypal or mail in a money order.
